We’ve recently completed a full property renovation, managing the project from start to finish.

It’s always rewarding to see a full renovation come together and transform a property.

We’re currently taking on plastering and decorating work in Mortimer and the surrounding areas, and also available for smaller odd jobs inside and out where needed.

This room needed a refresh, with cracked and worn paintwork, so we got to work making it shine like new, fixing all the cracks and painting the whole room. Tiles were also grouted to finish the repairs.

From brick to smooth plaster.
The original plaster had failed due to a roof leak. The old plaster was removed and left to dry after the roof was fixed.
Then sand a cement render, followed by gypsum top coat for a perfect finish.
Access was difficult due to being inside a cupboard, but the job was carefully completed!

Refresh complete for this client! Their kitchen diner needed some care after water damage to the ceiling, cracking around the edges and a radiator replacement. After repairing the damage and blocking any staining with Zinsser BIN, the whole room was painted. I use quality paints, including Johnstones Aqua Guard gloss on the skirting for long lasting durability.

Draughty windows don’t always mean they have to be replaced. The seals had perished on these double glazed windows and just needed replacing to keep the cold air out. A relatively quick and cost effective job, saving lots on heating bills and keeping the noise out!

Morning job installing a new outside tap and hose reel ready for the summer!

Another wall made smooth! Only a few small areas left and then the whole house will have been plastered!
