The client wanted to create an inclusive working environment, incorporating more informal spaces for collaboration sessions and stand up meetings. The strong travel culture shared among staff is reflected in the various global locations. Workers are encouraged to bring back trinkets and souvenirs from their travels to dress the multiple spaces from now on.

This great space includes a sun terrace overlooking Uxbridge with a secret folding wall that can be used for training and town hall events. There are two raised stage areas for collaborative working, creating height across the design. A large open plan area sits alongside a games area and there is parameter glazing providing panoramic views throughout.
Two sections of the space, which sits on the fourth floor, overlook the timber clad central atrium so finishes and design were neutral and natural to provide harmony and to complement those other finishes. The project involved the fit out of a worship room, kitchen and breakout area, a series of senior meeting rooms and one to one, individual booths.
