💖 OUR ONLINE CIRCLE GROUP IS BACK TOMORROW! 💖

Tomorrow at 8:00pm, we’ll once again open the doors to one of the most special parts of The Jessica Project… our monthly online Circle Group.

This is a safe, welcoming space where survivors can simply be themselves.

Whether you want to chat, listen, laugh, cry, ask questions, or just spend an hour with women who truly understand, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

There is no pressure, no judgement and no expectations.

Just kindness, compassion, connection, and a reminder that you never have to walk your healing journey alone.

Some of the most beautiful friendships have been formed through this group, and every month we’re reminded just how powerful it is when women come together to support one another.

If you’ve been thinking about joining but haven’t quite found the confidence yet, perhaps this is your sign. We’d love to welcome you.

💖 RECLAIM YOUR FREEDOM – WEEK 8 💖

Last night marked the end of another incredible journey as our latest cohort completed Week 8 of Reclaim Your Freedom.

As facilitators, we often talk about the courage it takes to begin a healing journey, but last night was a powerful reminder of the courage it takes to stay until the end of the course.

The room was filled with reflection, kindness, laughter, gratitude, and an overwhelming sense of how far each woman has come.

We heard stories of strength, we witnessed growth and we celebrated wins both big and small together.

To every woman who showed up for herself week after week, thank you.

Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for sharing your experiences.
Thank you for supporting one another.
Thank you for creating a space where healing, hope, and sisterhood could flourish.

Whilst we held space for you throughout this programme, we want you to know that you held space for us too.

Your honesty, resilience, compassion, and determination continue to inspire us every single day.

As this chapter closes, another begins.

Remember that healing isn’t a destination, it’s a journey. What a privilege it has been to walk part of that journey alongside you.

We cannot wait to watch you continue to grow, thrive, and shine as brightly as you already do.

From all of us at The Jessica Project…

✨ We are so incredibly proud of you. ✨

☀️ HAPPY FRIDAY ☀️

What a week it’s been.

If you’re reading this, take a moment to stop, breathe, and give yourself some credit.

You made it through another week.

Whether this week brought success, challenges, healing, growth, laughter, tears, or simply survival, you’re still here. And that matters.

As we head into the weekend, we hope you make time for the things that bring you joy.

The sunshine on your face.
A BBQ with family or friends.
A local fair.
A walk in nature.
A coffee in the garden.
A moment of peace you’ve been needing all week.

Too often we rush from one thing to the next, forgetting to actually live in the moments that make life beautiful.

This weekend, give yourself permission to slow down.

Put your phone away for a while.
Laugh a little louder.
Rest a little longer.
Take up space.
Make memories.
Protect your peace.

And if you’ve been carrying something heavy lately, remember this:

You don’t have to carry it all today.

The world will keep turning if you choose to rest.

At The Jessica Project, we know how hard life can be sometimes. That’s why we’re also passionate about celebrating the good days, the small wins, the sunshine, the laughter, and the moments that remind us why healing is worth it.

So wherever this weekend takes you, we hope it brings you happiness, connection, and a little bit of magic. ✨

Have a beautiful weekend, everyone and enjoy the sun. 💖

I have watched this video several times over the last couple of months and keep revisiting in moments I need grounding.

Honestly this video is giving peace a new meaning 🌈 ❤️

I hope it helps give comfort to someone today

💖 SMEAR TESTS & SURVIVORS 💖

Let’s talk about something that isn’t discussed nearly enough.

For many survivors, a smear test isn’t “just a smear test.”

Whilst cervical screening is incredibly important and can save lives, for survivors of sexual violence, domestic abuse, childhood abuse, or other traumatic experiences, these appointments can sometimes bring feelings of anxiety, vulnerability, fear, or loss of control.

If that’s something you’ve experienced, please know this:

You are not being dramatic, nor overreacting and you are certainly not alone.

At The Jessica Project, we believe survivors deserve healthcare that feels safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed.

Many healthcare professionals understand that these appointments can be difficult and will do their best to support you if you let them know you’re feeling anxious. You have the right to ask questions, request adjustments, take breaks, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Most importantly, remember that you are in control.

Your body.
Your choice.
Your pace.

We hope this post helps survivors feel seen, validated, and empowered to access healthcare in a way that feels safe for them.

If this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone in feeling this way 💖

✨ SUNDAY SELF-CARE ✨

In a world that constantly tells us who we should be, there is something incredibly powerful about simply being yourself.

Not the version that pleases everyone.
Not the version that stays small to make others comfortable.

The real you…

The authentic, imperfect, beautiful person you were always meant to be. 💖

Today, on self-care Sunday give yourself permission to slow down.

Take a walk, Read a book, Light a candle.
Spend time with people who bring you peace or simply sit quietly and appreciate how far you’ve come.

Self-care isn’t selfish as we sometimes feel at first, in fact it’s necessary and should be a part of our lifestyle and during life’s difficult seasons, grounding ourselves in the present moment can help us find calm amongst the chaos.

Remember, you don’t have to have everything figured out today, you only need to take the next step.

Protect your peace and choose yourself.

The most beautiful thing you can be is unapologetically yourself. ✨

Wishing our Jessica Project community a peaceful Sunday filled with rest, healing, and moments of joy. 🌸💕
