Job opening for our Canterbury branch:

Waregrain Group are a supplier of refinishing materials to the crash repair, industrial and production sectors. Family owned, we have been in business for over 50 years and operate 4 sites with full coverage across the south of the UK.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a reliable Branch Assistant to work full time alongside the team within our Canterbury site.

Key responsibilities are:

•Processing and picking customer orders within deadlines

•Answering phones and taking customer orders

•Responding to customer enquiries and requests via telephone and email

•Whilst training will be provided, a level of IT literacy in using warehouse computer systems will be beneficial

•Assisting the sales team with enquiries

•Working with the branch to assist with internal order forecasting

•Customer service

•Occasional deliveries if required- so a full driving licence is needed

•Working to comply with the company health and safety policy

The ideal candidate will be:

•Customer focused
•Posses a good telephone manner
•Team Player
•Reliable
•Pleasant
•Strong communication skills

Hours: Monday-Friday (08:00AM-17:00PM)

This will ideally suit someone from a car parts or factor background,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,384.00 per year

Experience: warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
