I have created a subscription called The Intuitive Practice. I receive the daily emails and I do the practice too.
This is today’s… uncomfortable honesty is such a great title for it oh my 🙈 the things I avoid 🫠 But why I avoid them has been so revealing 😱
It’s going to feel so good today clearing up this old belief and change the pattern 💪

A big thank you to Chantal Cornelius and William for enabling me to host The Intuitive Entrepreneur on their land this Autumn Equinox.
Doing business differently is important to me. My clients can strut their stuff in any boardroom… but they come to life in nature.
Just look at the first photo. A phenomenal powerhouse of a leader… sitting under a willow tree creating magic for the next generation.
This group excite me, we are back for Winter Solstice and I can’t wait ✨
Swallows travel thousands of miles to return to the exact place they left, guided by nothing we can see or measure.
We don't share that instinct in quite the same way; however, we might recognise something of it, a pull towards a decision, a person, a direction, that arrives before any reason for it does.
Our minds often want the map first, the plan, an explanation that makes it feel safe before we move. Our intuition rarely offers one.
What might it feel like to trust the "pull" before we can explain where it's taking us?
It can be an exciting adventure when we give it a try.

The magic in the room today moved mountains.
We swapped a meeting room for Mother Earth.
Heart led, powerhouse female entrepreneurs gathered to do business planning a different way.

Stepping from Summer to Autumn.
When women gather, women rise.
Today was exceptional, witnessing 6 women doing the work.
And when women do the work… I’m not kidding, mountains really do move and the world can feel hope.
Thank you ladies, such a privilege to hold space for your expansion 💪⭐️

Not when we're forcing or gripping or trying to hold everything together. But in the quieter moments of simply knowing what matters, feeling why it matters and taking the next small step.

That's such a gentle reminder for those of us who tend to overthink, overplan and wait until everything feels certain before we move.

Clearance isn't one big clear-out.
It's noticing what's quietly taking up space. A cluttered drawer, a thought, a feeling sitting in your chest, and then letting a little of it go when it's ready.
