Hello and a happy New Year! I know I havenโt posted in a while due to being busy with work commitments and now travel, but I am back, and I will be posting regular photo updates of my time in New Zealand.
Today I took what I think might be my favourite photo yet - sunrise at quite literally the edge of the world. This was taken in East Cape, New Zealand, where you are amongst the first people in the world to see the sunrise. A truly magical and humbling experience. ๐

One of my favourite shots from my recent training course, Dale reading the Camp Leader manual in the early evening.
Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my page. I've been taking photos since I received my first digital camera aged 8 years old (it was a bit of a brick back then and a lot of my photos included early selfies and very close up pictures of my cats faces). Ever since then I've had a passion for photography, especially of nature and wildlife. I have also had plenty of experience using my boyfriend as a willing model whenever we go on adventures (thank you for being so patient with me Luke).
I think what makes me so passionate about taking photos is that I suffer from a very poor visual memory, therefore capturing moments that mean a lot to me on film is extremely important to look back on, so that they are never forgotten.
I have had little to no formal training, just a lot of practice, patience and determination.
I have been and continue to be so incredibly blessed in life to be involved in so many amazing things, therefore I would love to share my experiences of the world with everyone on here via my photography.
My upcoming adventures include working in the outdoors all of this summer, then Norway, then I am off to live and travel in New Zealand for six months, which I shall be documenting on here.
If anyone wants me to take any photos for them, give me a shout and we can figure something out. My contact details are on the 'about' section of this page.
Thanks a lot!
