I am an Osteopath with focus on management of muscular skeletal conditions. I teach Yoga and Pilates around 20 years of experience helping people to move freer.
My focus is rehabilitation/ exercise based approach with aim to restore healthy movement

Release tension and allow body freedom of movement
Regular practice and consistency always yield results. The ability to move with ease comes by moving daily. We are often in a consistent state of physical tension without even realising it. Pause , listen to your body, and take time to move about every day.
As autumn 🍂 shows us that change can be beautiful. Take time to change your daily routine and allow natural rhythm to flow fee.

Flexibility comes with practice, requires good technique, and a lot of patience.
Regularly stretching needs to take place and in two forms static and dynamic.
Consistency is the key as it helps to develop gradual and noticeable change in muscles and joints.
Along with stretching , strength training is of great benefit. Particularly when it is done in full range of motion.
