So on this project we had major demolition and structural steel installations, whole building completely gutted, the property has been enlarged by turning the existing alley way into the new stairway, complete new rewire and plumbing, all new room layouts with en-suite bathrooms, all work carried out to structural engineers calculations and passed by building control including fire regulations.

Recent two storey to single extension, all structural steels to regulations, two hipped roof cut into existing with a warm deck flat roof system on single storey with 150mm insulation, all external walls including existing house rendered with Monocouche xf, new alterations to front porch with new door, all floors tiled throughout, kitchen fitted with 2nd fix carpentry, also many other jobs have been completed throughout the house.
