We’re going to struggle again with the heat this week, but we will do our very best. Please bear with us — we will get to everyone as soon as we can.

If you’re going to be out for the day and/or don’t mind us coming earlier to avoid some of the heat, please let us know ASAP if you haven’t already.

Please also make sure your heating is turned off before we arrive.

Please be aware we may not be in uniform this week — the ladies will be wearing whatever they feel cooler and more comfortable in.

Pixie Dust Cleaning Services – 2026 Customer Update

Bank Holiday – Monday 31st August 2026 🎪

Due to the Reading Festival clear-out traffic, we will be closed on Monday 31st August 2026 and will not be carrying out any general cleans.

Summer Arrangements ☀️

If you are going away during the summer and would like to combine your regular cleaning hours into one larger clean, please contact us so we can arrange key collection if required.

If you need to cancel a clean, please let us know as soon as possible.

Holiday Notice🏰

I will be away from 21st October to 6th November 2026.

If you need to make any changes to your scheduled cleans during this period, please let us know in advance. Please also ensure we have the correct contact details for you, should the ladies need to contact you while I am away.

If you need to contact me during this time, Facebook will be the quickest way to reach me.

Christmas 2026 🎄

Pixie Dust will be closed from Thursday 24th December 2026 until Sunday 3rd January 2027.

Last working day: Wednesday 23rd December 2026
Cleans resume: Monday 4th January 2027

Our Christmas diary will open on 1st August 2026.

If you would like to schedule an extra clean before we close for Christmas, please book early, as the diary is usually full by 1st October.

Payment & Cancellation Reminder 💰

Just a polite reminder that payment for cleans should be made within 24 hours, or as per your agreed terms.

Please provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will still be subject to the usual charges.
