We design and manufacture bespoke wooden and resin furniture
How I made the mantlepiece, 27 pieces of MDF were used, all cut on the CNC. The main outside pieces were then assembled and glued using dowels to accurately align them. Next the edge profile was milled using a bullnose bit. Last job was to fill and sand the edge grain to seal it and allow for good paint adhesion, then off to the painters!

Reproduction mantelpiece for a customers kitchen, the original was poorly fixed to the plasterboard above the cooker and fell and broke! New one much better fixed to the brickwork. Made from MDF and professionally painted with an exact colour match to the existing kitchen cabinets

Panel dolly’s are used in the workshop to move sheet goods around safely, these versions I designed self clamp using the weight of the sheet to force the clamp to shut

Milling up a couple of Oak cookies that will be made into a couple of side tables, the cracks and voids will be filled with black resin then all sanded to 240 grit including the resin to maintain a Matt finish, we will then finish them in a satin wax oil
