Mr Andy Pay is very experienced in the management of skin cancer, particularly melanoma, but also in the management of squamous cell and basal cell carcinomas and other skin and soft tissue tumours.

Mr Pay has frequently lectured on all aspects of Plastic Surgery, and has continued his personal and professional development in the management of skin malignancies to include non-surgical interventions such as cryotherapy and topical treatments in his repertoire.

Meet Dr Rubeta Matin, consultant Dermatologist at Derma Reading. Dr Matin’s primary areas of expertise include general dermatology, skin cancer including mole diagnosis, monitoring and melanoma, skin disease in the immunosuppressed in particular organ transplant recipients and bone marrow transplant recipients, oral/vulval skin disease and cutaneous lymphoma.

She has a national reputation as a skin cancer leader and has published more than 100 high impact, peer-reviewed journal publications as well as being frequently invited to present nationally and internationally.

Dr Antonia Lloyd-Lavery is a consultant Dermatologist at Derma Reading. She specialises in inflammatory skin disease including acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis as well as autoimmune blistering and connective tissue diseases.

She has extensive clinical research experience and has been an investigator for multiple clinical trials of new treatments in dermatology. She has received two prestigious national research awards from the National Institute for Health Research, Royal College of Physicians and British Association of Dermatologists.

Aleesa qualified as a registered nurse at Buckinghamshire New University in 2018 and began working in a respiratory ward in the Royal Berkshire Hospital (RBH). In 2021, Aleesa decided she wanted to specialise in dermatology, so joined Derma in order to learn from the very best dermatology nurses and doctors.

In addition to her core nursing responsibilities, she is also trained in delivering Venus Versa treatments, offering advanced skin rejuvenation treatments for patients.
