TFIN- (Talk Friday in Naphill) will be back in strength on 20th September 10-12

From the love of hand cooking at school, the TM6 up-level the classroom. It's not about speed it's about appreciating what goes into a dish. Today, Alex found a bèchamel sauce to make macaroni cheese for the family. Pesto was a quick fix for the restocking of the fridge shelf. The Portuguese Water Bread was all done painlessly ready for the midweek lunches. While waiting for the sauce to thicken, Alex got creative and staged the scenery.

TM6 isn't the loss of cooking skills but keeping ingredients that can be spelt 😉

As another half-term comes to a close. The family ended the week with the annual Young Farmers Rally 2024 at the North Bucks Country Show. The best thing is meeting new people, business and trying new things.

What caught our eye was
The energy and buzz was electric. Love of their friendship and passion of the spirit shone through. Enjoing samples of the first batch of Experimental Plum Liqueurs.
