Impulse Dance

I honestly don’t even know where to begin… 💜

A few weeks ago, my incredible Impulse Dance family completely surprised me with the most beautiful baby shower, and I’m still overwhelmed thinking about it.

From the thoughtful games, the amazing food, the homemade cakes, to the unbelievably generous gifts… I truly felt so loved and cared for. I still can’t quite believe the effort you all went to for me.

There was one moment that will stay with me forever… the song! One voice started, then another, and suddenly the whole room was filled with this song you had created just for me, for our class, for everything we’ve built together. It honestly felt like an out-of-body experience. The lyrics were so heartfelt, so personal, and something I will treasure for the rest of my life.

When I first started this class, my hope was simply to create a safe, welcoming space where like-minded people could come together, move, and focus on their wellbeing. I never imagined it would grow into something this special. This community we’ve built… it means everything to me. And the most amazing part is that it’s not just something I’ve created for you, it’s something you’ve created for me too. 🙏🏼

You are not just members who come to the class. You are my friends, my support, and such a huge part of my life.

Thank you for showing me such kindness, generosity, and love. I will never, ever forget it. 🌟
