You may have seen recent news coverage regarding the MenB vaccination programme for young people. We are aware of the announcement; however, we have not yet received official guidance or instructions on how the programme will be delivered. Please do not contact the practice to enquire about eligibility, appointments, or when vaccinations will be available, as we are currently unable to provide any further information. As soon as we receive official guidance, we will identify eligible patients and contact those who are entitled to receive the vaccine. There is nothing you need to do at this stage. Thank you for your co-operation.

Our Klinik system is currently down. This is a nationwide issue which is being investigated. Please bear with us and only call if you have an urgent request for today. Thank you.

Due to a local unscheduled power cut, our Chinnor surgery will be closed this afternoon. Phonelines, Klinik, and our Risborough Surgery remain open. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 12:42pm: Network services have now been restored. Thank you for your patience while we work to resume normal service and address delays caused by the outage.

‼️IMPORTANT NOTE: The our internet connection (along with most other surgeries across Bucks, Oxford and Berkshire) has been down since 9:20am today. Due to this, we have no access to clinical systems, Klinik online triage or our phone lines. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and hope for a resolution soon. We are actively seeking updates from the NHS IT team and will update patients in due course.
