Three adults and ten kittens came to us last week. They are all from the same family and were helped by Shirley and Jackie from A Purrfect Friend who brought them to us. Many thanks to Alison for settling them into their new home while we were out for the day. Esme, with the yellow collar was spayed today so not in with the others for now. We are asking for donations of Pets at Home kitten food if anyone is able to donate. Pouches only please as we have just had donated two big bags of kitten dried food. Thank you to the lovely person who sent these.
We have a stall at a cat show on Saturday and more later in the year, if anyone has any cat beds, good as new please or scratch posts, anything cat related, ornaments, soft toys etc we would be very happy to receive these.
Please send us a message or ring 01772 750263 if you are able to help us help them, thank you.

Christine & I have just come back from a well earned break to recharge our rescuing batteries.
Weβve come home to a dead computer, Iβm off to see the computer repair man shortly, in the meantime please bear with us until we get up and running again. We can still communicate via our Face Book page but wonβt be responding to emails until the PC is fixed. This also means that we canβt issue any Snip & Chip vouchers until this IT problem is resolved. (Brian)

Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to our Flea Market yesterday. We raised the amazing sum of Β£950.00 after paying hall charges. We couldnβt have done it without the support of so many people, those of you who donated items for our stalls and the Tombola. Our visitor numbers were up on the last two flea markets so thank you to everyone who visited and spent some time with us. We need your continued support to help us to continue to help with the many cats that need to be cared for in rescue and the ones we provide help with neutering etc.
We have a wonderful team of volunteers who give up their time to come and help us and really put the fun into fundraising. Thank you so much to them and to everyone who baked cakes, even people who couldnβt be there on the day.
A big thank you to Dawn who organises the kitchen for us as well as Mr Grumpy! Only kidding Paul x
We are taking our usual break now from the Flea Markets until we start again in September.
Below are two of the cats currently in our care Oreo who has had a leg amputation and after not eating well is now clearing his dishes.
Colin, had been attacked and badly bitten by something, the photo shows his wounds healing nicely. They looked horrific a week ago, his prognosis is uncertain at the moment as his blood tests are concerning but look like they are improving. Another blood test is needed to check that is still the case. He has a healthy appetite and his walking which was very unsteady is improving.
Your continued support is the reason we can help with cats like Oreo and Colin, thank you so much.
