Working in close collaboration with the client's internal stakeholders, our engineering team developed a bespoke blast door solution designed specifically for the site. From non-standard locking mechanisms to enhanced blast resistance, every detail was tailored to meet the project's unique operational and security requirements.

Following comprehensive factory acceptance testing at our UK manufacturing facility, the doors were installed within a live, high-security environment. Delivering Award Winning Projects!

Great to see Main Contractors Knights Brown win the Constructing Excellence in Wales Award for Infrastructure Project of the Year for the Mumbles Coastal Protection Scheme, delivered for the City & County of Swansea.

We worked alongside them on the scheme which renewed 1.2km of Victorian-era sea defences along the Mumbles promenade, originally built in 1898 to support the Mumbles Tramway.

Now complete, the defences protect residential properties and more than 50 businesses from coastal flooding, while transforming the promenade into a modern, accessible public space for the community and visitors alike.
