Just reading my amazing sisters book about the incredible work she does with horses whilst on the commuter train to London.
Some people have the privilege of doing very meaningful work that makes a difference to lives and relationships. My sister is one of those people.
I highly recommend this book to anyone of any age who has an interest in horses.
Big shout out to author Faith Hancock who assisted Cheryl to get her work into this reader friendly format and into print.

Sometimes transitions can take a very long time. Knowing when to draw deeply inwards to give rise to further amplitude is a phase we will all encounter. Suffering ceases to exist when we embrace this.
I am transforming. I cannot go back, neither do I want to, the path I am taking is unknown, yet I am completely comfortable in the unknown. I am not lost, I am harnessing a life force which requires new expression. Could there be a more beautiful place in the world to exist? I think not.
FAITH, HOPE, TRUST.

On average we sit for 11 hours per day. 77 hours per week and 4000 hours per year. Sitting badly is one of the most detrimental activities we do for the health of every body system. What suffers? The bones, muscles, connective tissue, organs, lymphatics, circulatory system, nervous system.
Sitting badly ages us prematurely, fixating our posture in inappropriate alignments which put compressive and tensioning forces through our body in ways which accelerate deterioration.
In this class, we use a chair, a scarf and a blanket to educate, and restore our alignment to sit dynamically with awareness.
Simple stretches, and rehabilitative movements which feel good and bring about more health and vitality.
Class length: 97 minutes.
Equipment list: Upright chair, fabric scarf, blanket and head cushion.
