Unit 95

Unit 95 are pleased to introduce Steve Goodhand, who will be offering Kickboxing and Karate Combat sessions.

Monday:
5:15-6:15pm Junior Kickboxing (8-12yrs)

6.25pm-7.25pm Adult Kickboxing (13+)

Wednesday:
5:15-6:15pm Family Karate (open to Children and Parents from 6 years of age)

6:250pm-7.25pm Adult Kickboxing (Karate Combat) (13+)

Steve is 4th Dan Karate instructor with 17 years coaching experience in a number of martial art disciplines, originally in Boxing and then Karate plus cross training in Shoot Wrestling , the pre-cursor of Kickboxing and MMA. Steve is currently qualified as a L3 Personal Trainer and soon to complete his L4 Strength & Conditioning qualification, specialising in Combat Sports, which involves plyometrics and weights.

Steve is offering free taster sessions next Monday and Wednesday, 4th & 6th April 2022. You are invited to come along and have a go.

Membership and training fees are as follows:

Annual EKF membership with insurance £15pa
Monthly training fee for 1 session £30pm or £40pm for 2 sessions.
Family Discounts available
Student/Concessions rate £25pm

After the fantastic attendance on our first online training session, we are excited to now release the date and time of our next live online class. We hope that just as many student can join us and make the 45 minute class not just a great opportunity to train from home, but a chance to reconnect with our club friends and training partners.

SET UP- Make sure to download the Zoom App

GEAR UP- Make sure you are wearing appropriate clothing and have to hand any training equipment requested by the Instructor.

LOG IN- Sigh in 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time.

SAY HI- Please ensure that your name appears on the screen and take this opportunity to great the Instructor and team mates.

TRAIN HARD- Attend the class with a positive attitude and ready to train hard.
