After 8 incredible years with TAC, we want to say a huge thank you to Paul Mann as he heads into retirement.

His dedication, leadership, and vision have truly made a difference.

You’ll be greatly missed by everyone here at TAC, Paul. We wish you all the very best for this exciting next chapter filled with plenty of holidays, relaxation, and well earned downtime!

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Tom Colbourne, who died peacefully at home on Monday.

Tom built TAC Projects from the ground up through hard work, and it became a respected business under his guidance, earning the trust of clients, suppliers and colleagues alike. His approach to work was rooted not only in expertise, but in fairness, honesty, and a genuine respect for people.

Tom was widely admired for his strong work ethic and his commitment to doing things the right way. He led by example, believing that success should never come at the expense of integrity. Those who worked with him know of his reliability, and the encouragement he offered to others throughout his career.

Tom will be remembered for the positive impact he had on everyone who knew him, his legacy lives on through the company he built, the people he influenced, and the values he upheld throughout his life.

He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

Rest in peace, Tom Colbourne.

The service is 27th January at 10.30am (entry from 10am) at Harbour View, Long Barrow Ceremony Hall, Randalls Hill, Lytchett Minster, Dorset, BH16 6AN.
There will be food and drinks after in The Purbeck Tea-Room which is in the same building.

TAC Projects proudly completed the 13.5 mile hike for cancer research! A huge thank you to everyone who donated, your support means the world. Safe to say, we’re all feeling a little sore at work today, but it was worth every step! 💪🥾🎗️

Thrilled to see the canopy at Colindale Station completed! A huge thank you to Morgan Sindall for the recognition of the hard work and dedication that went into this first section of works. On to the next milestone!

Working with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure on the transformation of Surrey Quays station, including night possession time working. As specialists in building envelopes, including the rail sector, we’re proud to play a part in this important project and look forward to seeing the final result! 🚂
