Here at Poole performance solutions we work on the body from a functional massage aspect as to help get better longevity from your treatments.

This client had come to me with tingling down his left arm and into his hand so after an assessment we found he had left posterior tightness starting in his lower back and continuing to his neck.

After using a variety of techniques this client is now pain free and able to sleep the whole night.

Recently at Poole Performance Solutions we had this lovely lady who still competes at world national level for indoor sprints. Amazing & inspirational achievement!
As this is a running event we tailored her treatment to help improve this and work on troublesome areas.
