We recently received planning approval for our amended scheme of apartments in Bournemouth Town Centre. We have updated the original Victorian inspired design with a modern high quality pair of apartment blocks. There will be 54 apartments with basement parking and cycle storage set across the two blocks.

This Georgian inspired residence features stone detailing, sash windows and classic red brick.

Internally the Georgian theme continues with high coffered ceilings and oversized doors.

The bathrooms make use of contrasting tiles to introduce depth balance and refined sense of luxury.

Introducing Whitby Court – our latest development in Southbourne.

Following the recent demolition, we’re preparing to commence groundworks on this exciting scheme.

Whitby Court will deliver 11 high-quality apartments, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the blue flag beaches of Southbourne Overcliff.

Built to the usual Amirez high standards, these contemporary 2-bedroom apartments are scheduled for completion in 2027 and will be available for the rental market.

🚒 Supporting our local emergency services

We're pleased to be providing one of our buildings (scheduled for demolition) to the for operational training exercises.

Access to real buildings offers invaluable hands-on experience for crews, helping them prepare for real-life emergency scenarios in a safe and controlled environment.

It's great to see the site being put to positive community use before redevelopment begins.

We also got to experience the aerial ladder platform for a Birdseye view!
