If you ever occasionally suffer from imposter syndrome in your job like I often do, just try watching the Channel 4 documentary tonight (that goes on for about four hours) where they are showing and fact checking every single falsehood that Mango Mussolini 🥭🍊has ever uttered. Then just remind yourself that he became the president of the USA - twice.  Only then will you realise that you are capable of doing anything.

Quick tip for Channel 4 - you could have made this program just 5 minutes long by instead playing the occasions when he spoke something correct or of truth. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've reached the end of my tether with people on Facebook property & building groups etc, spelling "dormer" as "dorma".

Chat GPT and built in Sora getting so close to being able to create top quality renders now, it's scary!

Created this today from the 2D elevation that I uploaded and wrote a prompt that took me about two minutes to type out.

Rendered version turned out not perfect and some bits it has changed the physical sizes etc, but looks pretty good, considering. This time next year, I reckon it will be able to do it almost perfectly and much more customisable.

Good to see this bungalow extension and remodel, finally coming to life!

It's been quite a long time in the making, as there has been quite a lot of revisions and changes with the design evolving and reducing massively from the original. But it's starting to look good, in the hands of some top notch tradesmen 👌👍

Just received confirmation of approval for a Lawful Development Certificate, for this loft dormer conversion to a mid terrace house on a relatively smallish, very tightly packed together urban/town centre development.

What was surprising was that these type of developments nowadays, nearly always have Permitted Development Rights removed as part of the original planning! I can only assume that the planning application on this site was rushed through and it was overlooked 😳..
