Open to all children aged between 5-14yrs.

Beach Camp has been running for over 7 years and once again, I am excited to offer a very active and healthy summer holiday club to the families of our local community on the first week of the summer hols! The sunshine brought with it 3 new families to FamFit today and all loved it and have booked up the half term commencing! They have committed to getting fitter together and I couldn’t be happier for them! Get in touch or please share with other families. Thank you 🙏🏻

FamFit is taking a small break this Easter weekend to let families rest and recuperate with lots of chocolate😅 🐣 That’s one of the reasons why we train right? 👀 😉

FamFit is rock and rolling after our first couple of weeks. 6/7 families have had there trial and loved it! I have already had 2 families who are now booked on to the first block of 8 sessions starting this Saturday with more bookings to come. Every Saturday 9:30-10:30am. Remember, it’s only £5 a session for both parent and child 😊 Free trial of course. Please get in touch with any questions and/or to have a trial at anytime 💪🏻👊🏻

I am a local PE teacher in Poole and am restarting FamFit sessions but this time at Hamworthy park on Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am.

We start Saturday 18th Match.

FamFit is a unique opportunity for parents to exercise with their children in a group circuit session that will challenge all ages in a fun, safe and friendly environment.
