It can sometimes feel like we're surrounded by bad news.
Open your phone, and you're met with headlines designed to grab your attention, endless opinions, and a constant stream of reasons to worry about what's next.
But beyond the noise, incredible things are happening.
People are finding new ways to protect our planet, communities are coming together, and innovation continues to solve problems that once felt impossible.
It's easy to focus on what's going wrong, but don't forget to notice what's going right too.
A little optimism can go a long way, and there's far more good in the world than we're often led to believe.
