Scotland's best night out has been crowned and it's not Edinburgh or Glasgow The best city in Scotland for a night out ahead of the Christmas season has been revealed according to new research, and it is not either of the country's largest cities.

Enjoy free bus travel in run-up to Christmas! ❄️

Christmas shoppers, residents and visitors will be able to enjoy free travel on all local bus services within Perth and Kinross Council area on the four Saturdays leading up to Christmas!

Instead of paying a fare, you will be able to hop on board buses for journeys wholly made within the Perth and Kinross Council area on December 2, 9, 16 and 23, and travel free of charge. Passengers who have a free U22, 60+ or disabled concessionary bus pass should use their pass as normal to travel.

The participating local bus companies taking part are Stagecoach East Scotland, Docherty's Midland Coaches, Elizabeth Yule Coaches, Sweeney's Garage and Glenfarg Community Transport Group.
