My name is Jacquie and I am a former global Leader within Education, where coaching and mentoring were an integral part of my role. I practise mindfulness in the woods and on the ocean - providing calm for my busy mind! My mission is to provide teachers, people with ADHD symptoms and others to find balance, focus and joy in their lives.

Official results from today's mindful dog walk:
🐾 Dog walked.
❤️ Hearts spotted: too many to count.
🌳 Trees appreciated.
💭 Problems solved: none.
✨ Joy experienced: plenty.
It turns out that when you start looking for heart shapes in nature, they pop up everywhere.
Maybe that's true of other things too.
What we look for, we tend to find.
Today, I found hearts.❤️

I’ve been quietly working on something… and today they arrived!
These journals weren’t planned in a big, strategic way.
They came from moments where my mind felt full…
when thoughts were racing or looping…
when I needed somewhere to put everything I was carrying.
As someone who is wired a little differently (hello busy, ADHD-style brain 👋),
I’ve found that writing things down — especially by hand — can gently bring a sense of calm and clarity.
And alongside that…
there’s always been my love of nature.
The colours, the textures, the feeling of being outside —
it’s where I breathe a little deeper, think a little clearer.
So these journals became a blend of both:
🌿 a space to untangle thoughts
🌿 a place to reconnect with yourself
🌿 and a quiet thread of nature woven through the pages
And now… they’re real. Sitting here in my hands, which feels a little surreal.
I’ll share more about them over the next few days…
but for now, it just feels like a moment to pause and take this in.

I have added another certification to my existing qualifications. This one was purely for me but in completing the course, I realised that it would also benefit my clients. Identity beats willpower and strong foundations are key!

Overwhelmed. Stuck. Disconnected.
Nature and creativity have a quiet way of helping all three.
I work with nature and creativity in my coaching because they remember what we forget.
When we slow down outdoors, when we notice colour, texture, movement, sound… something softens.
Our nervous system settles.
Our thoughts loosen.
Our inner wisdom gets a little louder.
Nature doesn’t rush us.
Creativity doesn’t demand perfection.
Together, they offer permission to BE rather than constantly do.
For so many of us—especially those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or “too much”—this is where clarity returns. Not through fixing ourselves, but through remembering we were never broken.
And there’s a deeper why for me.
I believe that when people truly reconnect with nature—not as something “out there” but as something they belong to—care naturally follows.
Not through fear or force.
But through love, relationship, and respect.
This is my quiet hope.
A kind of silent revolution
Where people who feel more grounded, more alive, more whole… also feel a natural desire to protect what supports them.
Because we are not separate from nature.
We are nature.
And when we remember that, everything changes.
