This looks great. Perth and Kinross Mental Health and Wellbeing Festival

Hello, it's Trauma Healing Together 👋

The Perth and Kinross Mental Health and Wellbeing Festival is packed with wellbeing workshops across Friday 23 and Saturday 24 January, Perth Concert Hall, all designed around self care beyond the buzzword.

Across the two days, you’ll find a wide mix of sessions including managing compassion fatigue, workplace wellbeing, self care and resilience, money worries and mental wellbeing, energy and water saving, Nidra meditation and journaling, NADA acupuncture, mindful bracelet making, book folded woodland crafts, vinyl clock and plant pot decoration, mindful makeup, bracelet making and hair braiding, children’s clay and fizz jar making.

There really is something for everyone, whether you want time to reflect, get creative, learn something practical or simply slow down.

Simply pop along between 9.15am and 4.15pm or reserve a free ticket at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/perth-kinross-mental-health-and-wellbeing-festival-2026-tickets-1973104408400

We hope to see you there! 😍
