Phone Photography Workshops

A little reminder that photo inspiration doesn’t always have to come from the big moments, elaborate events or loads of effort. Sometimes it’s hidden in the colours, textures, light and tiny details we’d normally walk straight past.

This reel is a collection of recent photos - simple and colourful, to give you inspiration for your own photos. Colour is everywhere at the moment, go and take some photos! Your future self will thank you 🙏🏻

EXPECTATIONS V REALITY

I thought most of my January would have been spent solo sitting in front of a computer screen, but how wrong was I!

It’s been a great month filled with so many connections, meeting loads of new people through workshops, attending events ( cook school & Reignite) and supporting other businesses through one to one sessions and mentoring. Social media is great but you can’t beat face to face interactions. I also managed to squeeze in some baking with my niece & nephew which was suitably messy!

You will notice from the reel that I’ve been roped into a few tasks on the farm as well. We’ve had our first lambs of the year and have also scanned over 700 ewes who are due in March. Variety definitely is the spice of life!

We’ve almost made it through January and I’m excited to see what February brings, it’s definitely going to be a solid mix of photography & farming for me 😀

Light will make or break your images. I’ll show you how to find the best light AND use natural and artificial light effectively. Understanding light is the number one key to great photography.

4. EDITING
Should you edit your photos? Which apps should you use? I cover it all on the workshops with step by step tutorials.

By the end of the workshop you’ll have the skills, confidence and techniques to capture incredible photos with just your phone.
