Scottish Jumior Forester Award Training yesterday at Crathes, Banchory.

We had a great day in the woods learning about the award and looking and practical ways to deliver it. Thanks to all who came and to the NTS rangers who hosted.

It’s a lovely award to deliver for young people and the hope is it will inspire them to think about careers in forestry / conservation.

Had a lovely few days in the woods delivering some Forest School training. What’s not to like about a job where you get to spend all day in the woods with likeminded people watching them develop new skills and connect with the natural world?

Busy day on the woods today with L2 / 3 training group.

New course dates: Level 2/3 Forest schools. 5 consecutive Mondays in Feb 2020. Blackford, Perthshire.

What more can I say!

1 space has just been freed on the Forest Schools first Aid course on the last weekend in March. It is 16 hour outdoor first aid course with a paediatric element. It is ITC approved, and is run by an FSE approved Provider.

We'll be based in Blackford in beautiful Perthshire. The course cost for this last place is £100.
