We live in an age of instant communication.
So why does it often feel like the people who need to see a message... never see it when it actually matters?
Social media has changed not just what we communicate, but when communication is received. And in the process, timeliness may have become the forgotten element of effective engagement.
Here's a reminder that being seen is not the same as being heard. Read the full article on our website and see why timeliness still matters: https://f.mtr.cool/qnlgedmtua

Some websites do not just need a tune up, they need a rescue. One client came to us with a slow, error filled site that was costing them time, money and patience.
Their developer dismissed our audit with “this does not matter”.
But it does matter. To users. To search engines. And to the results you are trying to achieve.
After some focused guidance, we fixed the issues, lifted their audit score from 27% to 98%, and boosted page speed by 20%. Suddenly, everything worked the way it should.
Want the full breakdown of what went wrong and how we fixed it? It is on our website, and you can also subscribe to our Substack for more insights that genuinely make a difference: https://f.mtr.cool/lplhvdgmiz

Four words are quietly reshaping our industry: “rather than an agency.”
Freelancers are being prioritised, while agencies are being ruled out before they even get a look in.
But is this really about cost, or have we simply failed to explain the value agencies bring?
Because when you strip it back, are you paying for hours, or for infrastructure, experience and outcomes?
A cheap haircut is still a haircut, right?
Not always.
