As we wrap up the workshops for the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival, we'd like to remind everybody of the upcoming workshop dates.

Creative activities can help people express thoughts and feelings, build confidence, and take some time for themselves. Our workshops offer a relaxed and welcoming space to explore creativity and share experiences with others.

βœ… Retain employment where transport would otherwise be a barrier
βœ… Balance work commitments with childcare arrangements
