We are delighted to welcome Chris Jones as our new Director of Rugby

A former professional player with Sale Sharks, St Helens and Leeds Carnegie, Chris represented England at U18 and U19 level and has learned from some of the game's leading players and coaches throughout his career.

Combining over 14 years of teaching experience with coaching at club and academy level, he brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and passion for player development both on and off the field.

We're excited to have him leading our rugby programme at Ormskirk and look forward to the future under his guidance.

It’s fantastic to see so many of our 11+ girls taking part in the Touch Rugby session this Thursday. Their enthusiasm, confidence, and willingness to get involved are exactly what grassroots rugby is all about.

Rugby isn’t just for boys, and sessions like this continue to show how the game can be enjoyed by everyone. Whether you’re completely new to rugby or already have experience, Touch Rugby is a brilliant way to build skills, stay active, make friends, and have fun in a welcoming environment.
