Our name comes from the black rock we use in the pizza furnace the pizzas are scorched in to finish which gives them a unique charred smoky taste to the pizza crust, hence the name Fired Crust!

This is a prime cut of beef brisket locally sourced. This beef is matured for 30 days before being slow cooked over wood chips to give it a really smoky taste. The pizza comes with the perfect accompaniment of onions, peppers and mushrooms!
