We strongly believe that the medium of photography can be a powerful therapeutic and expressive tool, acting as a platform for positivity, whether undertaken as a lone pursuit or as a group activity. Mindful photography begins with looking—
not for the perfect shot,
but for what’s already there.
Every time I look with curiosity,
I meet a new version of myself.
On my way to the gallery.
I don’t stop.
But I look—with intention.
Not searching for meaning.
Just passing by.
Again.
And again.
It always looks the same.
But I see something else.
Every day.
The looking is a kind of listening.
An investigation without question.
A mirror without reflection.
It holds its shape,
but undoes mine.

Mindful photography Part 1
There are only so many sunsets and palm trees I can photograph - the usual tropes with golden light, perfect reflections, proof that I was here.
But photography isn’t just about what is initially visible. It’s about what lingers—what is felt, what is left out, what exists in the margins.
Beyond the palm trees. Beyond the sunsets. Beyond the I am here, and it is beautiful...
