V Formation

You may have seen a few out-of-offices last week, and that’s because the V Formation flock came together for our annual away stay ✨

Over two days, we got stuck into team workshops, career progression, big conversations about the future of V, and pitched our ideas for how we make V fly. Not forgetting the 'Capture Morley Hayes' challenge and the great spaghetti tower build-off - the less said about some ’towers’ the better 🙈

We also couldn't let the trip go by without celebrating Jocelyn's birthday 🎂

A huge thank you to Morley Hayes for hosting the team, to People and Culture specialist Jane Rawden for leading some incredibly insightful sessions and helping us find our honk, and to our brilliant directors Hilary and Sue for organising yet another cracking away stay.

This week, Hilary, Leah and Rory showed off their impeccable event management skills at the stunning Carden Park Hotel project managing the Steve Morgan Foundation 25th Anniversary Conference and Awards event.

For the last four years we have provided the SMF team with marketing and comms support, helping them to better communicate the impact of the Foundation and reinforce their mission of changing lives for good. The conference and awards was a celebration of the last 25 years of investment and impact as well as building the future of philanthropy through collaboration.

From planning, content, design and video editing and production to invitations, guest and supplier liaison and on-the-day socials and support, the V team managed and delivered a memorable day and evening.

A winning case for a rebrand ⚖️

Straw & Pearce Solicitors, an East Midlands law firm with over 100 years of heritage, had a challenge: while the business had evolved, its brand and digital presence hadn’t kept up.

We worked closely with the team to deliver a full rebrand and website overhaul, creating a visual identity and online experience that truly reflects who they are today.
