ADULT MMA CLASS 6:30-8PM
TUESDAY:
ADULT MUAY THAI CLASS 6:30-8PM
WEDNESDAY:
ADULT JIUJITSU CLASS 8-9PM
THURSDAY:
FEMALE ONLY SELF DEFENCE/KICKBOXING. 7-8PM
FRIDAY:
KIDS MMA CLASS. 6:30-8PM
SATURDAY:
KIDS KICK BOXING CLASS. 2-4pm
Price per session is £4 for adults £3:50 for under 16's

Mom performance for our GK ussy who made some outstanding saves.
Ahmed got a goal ishy got his first of the season and daniel continues hi prolific strike rate with two goals.
