Any lotus biscoff spread lovers? 🤤

The request was “Do whatever you want to try” but she definitely wanted lotus! So I tried a semi-naked cake for this first time and then fondant icing.

My fondant incing needs work, I’m not in denial, I’m much better at decorating with butter cream but practice makes perfect, right??

My 4 year old came home from school and requested a car cake with a ramp! The cake was already baked so I thought I’d at least get to decorate it whilst the boys where in bed, but nope, he wanted to watch mummy make it🤣🤣

I had one child clung to my leg because he was tired, and the other demanding food and that I hurried with his cake🤣 not the best work, but he was bloody chuffed and that’s all that matters I guess, so thought I’d share it with you all🎂
