A quick reminder as we head into the Christmas period: make sure your out-of-office message is set before you log off for the holidays. 📩
It’s one of the simplest ways to maintain smooth communication while ensuring clients and colleagues know exactly when to expect a response.
If your team is preparing for a seasonal shutdown, now is the ideal moment to check that:
✅ Out-of-office messages are set on email and collaboration tools
✅ Voicemail greetings are updated
✅ Handover notes are completed where needed
