Originally occupied c1841, the Weaver's Studios at The Terrace, Broad Street is offering artist's studios available to rent once more having been refurbished as part of the restoration of these buildings.

We currently have two of our smaller studios available £250/300 per month +utilities.

Further opportunity will be available to view the new studio/office space at Broad Street next week (from the 9th May) to interested parties.

Originally used by independent local businesses, The Terrace on Broad Street, Nottingham, are grade 2 listed buildings, currently being restored and offering artist studios, start-up spaces and offices for creative enterprise in the upstairs rooms, each with a private toilet and shower and heating.
