Lovely morning tail walking at Forest Rec junior parkrun. Well done to all our juniors who took part.

Very much looking forward to next month's Southwell Summer Scamper. A 10km run around Nottingham Trent University's Brackenhurst college site.
is a lovely area where I went to school actually so it will be nice to see the area and may be have some post run refreshment in the old haunts! 😉

Great to see Formula One Circuit Crew's Castle Rock 10k return around the University of Nottingham's campus and boating lake on 7th August - I've booked my place - if you haven't done it before, its great course and atmosphere and definitely worth giving it a look.

Before and after yesterday's Shakespeare Marathon, running in support of the MND Association.
Managed 5hrs 11 mins so shaved a little bit of time off my last marathon.
