This Baxi DuoTec needed a good service and some parts replacing, diverter cartridge, electrodes and a good clean.

We've moved the boiler location to the pantry as the original one was too near the consumer unit ( must have been an illegal DIY job) and a kitchen refurb meant the customer would rather have the space for cupboards. This Vaillant ecoTEC Pro 30kW comes with an enhanced 10 year warranty. Pipework all supported and soldered correctly. Access through the ceiling was made as the bathroom floor above was tiled.

Giving this Baxi Heat boiler a full clean. Turns out it didn't really need it but at least we know it has been done.

The last few days we have been upgrading this beautiful house radiators to Stelrads... A bit of a mission having to crawl under the house and remedied some pipework that was "short circuiting" the system meaning the system is now working as it should.
