Legion Express is looking for a reliable Collection and Delivery Driver who is also able to handle light office duties to support the continued growth of our depot in Nottingham. Collection and Deliveries will be done with a Mercedes sprinter

As a Collection and Delivery driver with Legion Express, you'll be the face of our company so you will need to be passionate about delivering 1st class service to our customers. You will also need a flexible outlook, a friendly personality, and a smart appearance. You will be responsible for:

Handling calls and basic admin duties in the morning

Making multiple collections and deliveries in and around the local Nottingham area using a Mercedes sprinter

Working to time-critical deadlines and set collection times- Averaging 15 collections a day.

Ensuring we provide a service to customers that is second to none

Keeping & maintaining regular records & journey details

Warehouse work during loading and offloading

To be considered for this role you must have:

Good communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a customer-focused approach. The ability to prioritise and work on your initiative when under pressure.

Prior collecting and delivery driving experience is not essential

A clean licence and basic administration skills would be preferred.

Shift Patterns and Days:

Monday to Friday - 30-40 hours

Starting Rate £11.00 Per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
