Dog owners shouldn't be afraid of their dogs. If you can believe there are owners out there who are afraid their dog might lash out on them for no reason!

There are people out there who have isolated themselves from friends and family because their dog is aggressive to strangers!

There are people who can't take their dogs out for a walk or in public spaces because their dog has a proper meltdown.

There are families out there who organise their whole life around a dog that can't cope with being on its own.

None of this is normal and any behaviour can be changed.
We can help with any issue!

Cute badger 💗 nothing to do with dogs, I know 😄 but I'm doing a course to learn how to create cool designs and this is one of the class projects 😁

love this hashtag 😄

Very few know I'm training for a half marathon in the mountains. Training has gone well until last week I got a virus and didn't run until yesterday. There's something about viruses and a pretty ugly effect on my body and my cardiovascular system that makes me feel like I'm learning to run again every time I resume training. So I'm treating this week as recovery and see how I feel 😉

Made the mistake a few years ago to get back straight to hard training after a week spent in bed with the flu or something else as nasty and got myself a knee injury which kept me on the sidelines for a few months, so I learnt my lesson and now I listen to my body and take things easy and keep my eyes on the prize which is to be able to recover first so I can continue with training and stay injury free.

I tell all my coached athletes that we don't train through sickness and injury and to not worry too much as training plans can be adapted. Worth mentioning I've had athletes hiding injury from me and guess what happened? It got worse to the point where training had to stop and couldn't resume until after a few months and during that time running fitness and cardiovascular fitness was lost. Not much is lost in a week but a lot disappears in a few months and getting back to the pre-injury level is hard physically and mentally.

So always listen to your body when you train 💗 I do 😉
