Customer called to say she had "rising damp". After a thorough investigation by our team the problem turned out to be penetrating damp. Penetrating damp due to the ground level on the exterior being higher than the property dpc level.

Tcm found and implemented a cost effective solution that saved the need for damp gel injections. The ground was lowered to the correct level below the property dpc. Permeable w**d membrane was then laid and then a layer of gravel, the garden now acts as a natural soak away.
