A set of stairs I did a while ago on the annex I built a couple of years ago. I had a steel frame made with stainless steel wire for the handrails and used a black composite deck board for the steps.

The Bennett project part 1

After a long time off posting here's what I've been upto this year so far. Mainly bathrooms at the start of the year. (Post 1)
We did finish up the big job at the end of last year and will have finished pics up soon.

We have been cracking on with the extension project, all the downstairs steel beams now installed and demo work done. First floor joists and floor boards installed, we're now ready for the exterior walls to go up. Now we've opened up the downstairs we can see the space and it's going to be fantastic.

There's been some good progress on the current project, we've got the main extension up to first floor height and knocked down the existing kitchen extension. We've got the joists being delivered soon and the steel beams are here ready to go. On the annex the first fix electrics and plumbing have been done, we've got the inside plaster boarded and just waiting on the bi-folds to be fitted at end of the week. There was a delay with the cladding but that turned up this week and we got most of it done and I have to say I'm liking the look of it. 🔥🔥🔥

Been making great progress at the extension project these past couple weeks. We've got the walls started this week on the extension despite the weather. The annex is coming along nicely too and ready for first fix this coming week.

We've been making great progress on the annex at our current project. The walls are up, the roof is done and water tight, internal studwork is in place for the bathroom and the walls have been insulated. Keep an eye out for progress on the house extension soon.

Start of a new project, it's been a busy and productive 3 weeks. We've started with building the annex first and then move onto the wrap around extension on the house. Check the last picture to see what we're building.
