CCH Group
Weโd like to take a minute to introduce ourselves. Our name is CCH Group.
We are made up of 32 companies, but have one vision: to become the best place to work in care.
๐ค By day, they change lives. By night, they take centre stage.
Meet our Homecare's Got Talent 2026 semi-finalists, Millie from Sunderland and David from Glasgow.
David is back after reaching last year's final, while Millie makes her semi-final debut. โญ
We're so proud of you both for sharing your talent with colleagues across CCH Group.
Good luck. We'll be cheering you on every step of the way.
22 years. Six roles. One incredible career.
Ross started as a Care Professional.
Today, he's a Regional Manager.
At CCH Group, we invest in people, create opportunities to grow, and support careers that can last a lifetime.
Congratulations, Ross. ๐
Nobody does their best work pretending to be someone else.
At CCH Group, we want people to feel accepted, supported and valued exactly as they are.
That's a big part of being the best place to work in care.
Earlier this month, some colleagues shared what Pride and inclusion mean to them.
Today, we're introducing four more voices.
And together, they're showing us what belonging really looks like.
We're celebrating Learning Disability Awareness Week ๐
Itโs ALWAYS people first at CCH. Thatโs why our clients will always feel seen, heard and valued.
We are privileged to enrich the lives of hundreds of customers with learning disabilities across; Home Care, Extra Care schemes, Complex Care, Live in Care and Supported Living.
Hereโs some of the ways we make this happen๐
?

๐ Stars of Social Care Awards: Good Luck to Our Finalists! ๐
Friday night. Glam outfits. Social care royalty in one room. It can only mean one thing.
The Stars of Social Care Awards are tonight, and we are HERE for it.
CCH Group has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Home Care Provider Award. To be recognised alongside some of the best organisations in the sector means the world to us, and it is entirely down to the incredible people who support our clients every single day.
Four of our brilliant colleagues have also been nominated for individual awards: Margaret Whelan, Chloe Ripley, Jacqueline Woods and David Norris
Joining us at the CCH awards table are care professionals, care coordinators, branch managers and senior managers from across CCH Group.
Because great care takes all of us, and this evening is about celebrating the people who make it happen.
Whatever happens when the envelopes are opened, we couldn't be prouder of everyone representing CCH Group.
We'll be cheering you all on! ๐๐

We're officially one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers of the Year!
Our apprenticeships are helping to transform perceptions of social care, showcasing the care sector as a place where people can build rewarding, long-term careers and progress into leadership.
John Hunter, Head of Learning and Development at CCH Group, said:
"We're passionate about creating opportunities for people to learn, develop and fulfil their potential. Every apprenticeship strengthens our workforce, supports career progression and helps demonstrate the incredible opportunities available within social care. We're proud that so many have grown their careers within CCH Group, and this recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in our people and the future of our sector."
The Sunday Times has recognised what we're working hard to achieve every day: creating opportunities for people to build extraordinary careers in care. Through apprenticeships, we're developing future leaders, investing in our people and building the best place to work in care, one career journey at a time.
A special mention goes to Learning & Developmentโs Dave Raine, our Skills & Qualification Manager, for his work making apprenticeships happen and his support for apprentices across CCH

๐AND THE LEADERSHIP ROADSHOW DANCE BATTLE WINNER IS...THE NORTH!๐
There were weeks of roadshows, questionable dance moves, dramatic entrances and more catwalk strutting than anyone expected from a leadership roadshow...
The votes have been counted. Then counted again. Then checked a third time because someone got a little carried away in the comments. ๐
Final results:
๐ฅ North Region โ 306 votes
๐ฅ Central Region โ 190 votes
๐ฅ South Region โ 165 votes
Congratulations to Team North, who clearly decided that if they were going to enter a dance challenge, they were going to win it.
Commiserations to South and Central. You gave it everything. We were amazed and can only assume some of you have been secretly rehearsing for months.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who took part. The roadshows have been a brilliant opportunity to bring colleagues together, have a laugh and celebrate what makes CCH Group such a special place to work.
Now, if anyone needs us, we'll be quietly retiring the phrase "Roadshow Dance Battle" until next year... ๐๐บ๐
Caring for someone you love shouldn't mean carrying everything alone.
This Carers Week, we're shining a light on the families who give so much every day.
We're here to help with the right support, at the right time.
