Ad – If weight loss was easy, I wouldn’t be writing this caption now 😂 Starting again every Monday. Cutting out foods I loved. Punishing myself after a takeaway. Trying to survive on motivation alone and then feeling like I’d failed when life got busy. Can you relate?
