We’re so proud to finally be able post pictures of this job we recently completed, it’s by far our proudest moment to date! A lot of hard work went into this project, but working alongside the main contractor and owners it is now complete.

Once and old pumping station, now a stunning modern home with the original well intact as an amazing feature. Now onto the next ⚡️💪🏻

[AD] Just received our winter uniform from Nottingham based Molly Makes, with our logo printed on the front and back. Ideal for small businesses as there is no minimum order.

A new 3 phase system installed for plant hire equipment on a local new build housing site. All installed to provide power to a remote part of the site.

Here you can see a kitchen and bathroom modification we have done recently. The customer had bought the house to rent out as a private letting. We changed the fuse board, modernised the kitchen and bathroom and provided a certificate that meets current landlord and electrical regulations. All trades were organised by us to ensure the highest quality finish for the customer.

In January 2020, the government announced the introduction of mandatory electrical safety inspections for private landlords.
The new regulations, titled The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020, were officially brought in on 1st April and apply to all new tenancies as of 1st July 2020.

This means any private landlord must have a current, in date Electrical Condition Report as of their last change of tenancy for any properties they own. They apply to all new tenancies in England from 1st July 2020 and will apply to all existing tenancies in England from 1st April 2021.

Garden improvements- here is a hot tub platform installed by us, with power to the hot tub and additional custom decking lighting to create a relaxing ‘getaway’ environment. The decking was provided by our regular joiner, which as always was organised by ourselves to make sure the customer received the highest quality workmanship.

Full kitchen modification, including all existing electrics being rewired, usb sockets added for ease of charging and spotlights throughout. All trades were organised by us to ensure the highest quality finish for the customer.

Fuse board upgrade and wiring for an upgraded electric shower, taken externally to prevent cosmetic damage inside the house.

Another example of our solar work- a solar array installed for a customer who didn’t want to pay high energy bills any more. This istallation also included an Eddi for directing any surplus energy that otherwise would have been sent back to the grid back into the immersion heating system, keeping the water tank hot. All using electric that would have otherwise been wasted.

A full kitchen upgrade, where all previous wiring has been rewired, and new appliances fitted, as well as multiple plug sockets and a USB charging point. We completed the full job and all trades were organised by us from start to finish to ensure the highest quality finish.
