Late night call out to board up a property in St anns. Even with everything that's going on in the world we are still there in times of an emergency night and day so please get in touch.

Fascia, soffit and front cladding job on a sunday as the customer wanted the house looking nice and fresh for the family at Christmas. We also replaced a blown double glazed unit in the kitchen and fitted a new laminated window cill in the kitchen.

Quick 1 day job to help a friend out on a tight deadline for Xmas, industrial unit going from oil stained and badly marked magnolia to a nice fresh white walls.
Industrial spray machine made the jobs 10x quicker than traditional roller and pole.
Last 2 pictures are with the floors painted also just to finish it all off.

All domestic and commercial work undertaken.

Kitchen/utility refurb just in time for Xmas for another lovely customer. Full rip out, ceilings overboarded and skimmed including fitting new cool white fire rated spotlights to produce plenty of light. Light grey high gloss kitchen with butcher block worktop. Wild blossom seagrass 20x50 wall tiles, premium grey oak lvt click flooring and a fresh coat of dulux endurance timeless paint.

A few before and afters of a recent full refurbishment we undertook in Stapleford. The property underwent a full rewire, full re-plumb including new central heating system. Moving the existing downstairs bathroom to upstairs and making a corridor to access it. Fitting steels between the existing kitchen and bathroom to make a bigger kitchen. Fitted a new matt anthracite kitchen with gold handles.
New doors, skirting and architraves throughout.
Laminate flooring fitted throughout downstairs and upstairs carpeted.
Front and back doors have been replaced for double glazed units.
The rear garden had everything cut down, 2 big sheds removed, fully cleared and a membrane fitted and 10mm shingle spread to make it a nice easy low maintenance garden with great views over the field. (will miss our little horse friends).
Front and back of the property was painted in brilliant white to freshen up the exterior and new fence and gate to the front.

Making the impossible possible. Customers wife struggling to make it up the stairs and stair lift not an option. The only usable space was an under stairs cupboard which was restricted to say the least but the customer was very Happy with the finished product as are we 😁
