Parenting doesn’t end when relationships do. We set the standard for safe, child-centred family time across the UK. It is the largest in Europe.

Parenting shouldn’t end when relationships do

Adult relationships can remain difficult after parents separate or divorce. Yet the majority of children want, and need, to maintain a relationship with parents and other relatives who are important to them. NACCC is the accrediting membership body for around 350 child contact centres and services located throughout England (including the Channel Isle

Supporting children and families following separation is not something that one service can do alone. It takes professionals and organisations working together to ensure children remain at the centre of decisions and receive the support they need.
At The Roberts Centre Family Time Child Contact Centre, we work closely with a range of agencies, including Cafcass and local authorities, to help provide safe and supportive contact arrangements that prioritise children's wellbeing.
We also regularly signpost and refer families to additional services when extra support may be beneficial. One of our valued local partners is the Daybreak Dragonfly Project, which supports families with children from pre-birth to 11 years old. The service helps families address challenges early, before they become bigger problems, and referrals can be made by professionals or directly by families themselves.
By working together and connecting families with the right support at the right time, we can help children and parents navigate change in a positive, child-centred way.

Today is the third day of NACCCs National Child Contact Centre Week! This year's theme is... ' ' and today's theme is... ' ' 💙👦🏼✨

Here are 6 ways we at The A Project help support children:

1️⃣ we preserve family bonds

2️⃣ we offer a neutral safe space

3️⃣ we re-build safe proximity's

4️⃣ we offer a tiered supervised setting

5️⃣ we offer supported frameworks

6️⃣ we offer pre-visits

Today we’re celebrating the professionals who make a difference in children’s lives every day.

Family mediators, Cafcass practitioners, local authority teams, teachers, healthcare professionals and many others all contribute to supporting children and families through periods of change.

Their expertise, compassion and commitment help ensure children’s voices are heard and their wellbeing remains a priority.

Thank you to everyone working across services to support children and families.

It’s Day 3 of NACCC Week 2026: And it’s all about Professional Focus!

Behind every positive contact experience is a team of professionals working together to support children and families.

Social workers, family support workers, foster carers, CAFCAS, teachers, legal professionals, and contact centres all play an important role in a child’s journey. When professionals collaborate, share information, and work towards the same goal, children receive better support and achieve better outcomes.

At springcare, we believe that putting children first means working together to create safe, supportive, and child-centred experiences for every family we support.

👀💛 Through the Child’s Eyes 💛👀

Every child experiences family separation differently. For many, it can be a time of uncertainty, change and mixed emotions.

At Children’s Links Contact Centres across the East Midlands, we work hard to ensure every child feels safe, welcomed and supported. Through kindness, empathy and understanding, we help create positive experiences where children can maintain important family relationships in a child-centred environment.

This Child Contact Centre Week, we’re proud to support the NACCC theme “Through the Child’s Eyes” and to put children’s needs at the heart of everything we do.
